Based at London, Guildford or Oxford (with reimbursed travel), youll lead how we capture, analyse and share outcomes from MR-guided adaptive SABR. Your work will drive audits, publications and stakeholder engagement, giving patients and clinicians clearer insights and shaping the wider adoption of cutting-edge techniques.
Alongside analytics and research, youll maintain 20% clinical time to stay connected to patient care and operational realities. Youll collaborate with radiographers, physicists, oncologists and the wider team to turn data into meaningful insights that influence practice, commissioning and service growth.

Main duties of the job
As our SABR Analytics Lead Radiographer, youll drive how we collect, analyse and report outcome data for our advanced MR-guided adaptive SABR services. Working across London, Guildford and Oxford, youll design and refine data capture processes, ensure reporting is robust and meaningful, and use evidence to improve quality and innovation.
Youll unite clinical, technical and research perspectives collaborating with radiographers, oncologists, physicists and senior leaders to audit practice, evaluate new indications and support publications that showcase outcomes. Youll also turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform commissioning, insurer engagement and patient understanding.
Alongside this analytical and research-driven focus, youll keep 20% of your time in direct patient care. This ensures the service remains safe, compliant and responsive while keeping you connected to clinical realities.
This role is perfect for an experienced radiographer who enjoys combining hands-on care with service development, data insight and research leadership.
