Job summary
We are the GP Federation for Gateshead and an NHS provider of
Primary Care services based on Team Valley in Gateshead. We are looking for an
individual preferably from a NHS or Private Health or Social care background
that can lead our quality and Governance program across the organisation. A
background in information governance, risk management, quality, or data
protection is essential but a can do attitude with high attention to detail and
accuracy even when dealing with process and systematic tasks are important qualities for the right candidate.
The post holder must be flexible to the needs of the company as we are growing
and developing new service lines and skills often at pace.
As a not for profit organisation we are proud to be an
integral part of Gateshead health and care system delivering a variety of
clinical and office based functions to a variety of customers primarily across
the North East of England.

Main duties of the job
This post is a Senior Manager post and therefore will support
Heads of Service, Divisional Leads, Clinical Leads and Senior Managers as and
when required. The post will support the Chief Executive and Directors in the
delivery and execution of their duties regarding compliance and governance.
The successful candidate will ensure there are robust governance frameworks and
processes in place to support safe effective service provision across all
divisions, and the business as a whole.
