Job summary

An opportunity has arisen within CBC Health Federation for a Band 3 Administrator supporting Urgent Primary Care in Gateshead. This is a permanent post working as part of a small but very supportive admin team; part time, full time, job share would be considered.

We are a not-for-profit organisation with a wide and diverse portfolio of services that we deliver as an NHS provider. We are going through a variety of service transformations and this post is to provide administrative and receptionist support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, and approachable person, who is skilled and qualified in administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Urgent Primary Care Service operated by CBC Health Federation. Main duties will include all areas of administrative work, providing a receptionist role during the out of hours period. Please see attached Job Description for more information.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, working autonomously and flexibly, using a range of processes across all services on a 24/7 basis within Urgent Primary Care. The post holder may also be required to work at other locations where CBC Health Federation delivers services.
