Main duties of the job
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Youll receive a generous holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (inclusive of bank holidays), with additional days awarded for long service.
Youll receive full training aligned with the All Wales Induction Framework, and newly qualified nurses will benefit from a structured preceptorship programme. Well also provide you with a free uniform. Career development is a key part of our cultureover 50% of our staff are currently enrolled on professional or management training courses.
