Are you an experienced Registered Manager or senior clinician with a strong background in leading high performing teams, looking for a new opportunity to put your mark on an established 29-bed learning disability Independent Hospital?
If you have experience working with individuals who present with learning disabilities, autism and or mental illness, complex behaviours and have worked with Positive Behaviour Support plans and want to lead a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team in a specialist hospital setting, then wed love you to join our team at Pinetree Hospital.
As the Hospital Director at Pinetree Hospital, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
Main duties of the job
- Fulfilling the role of Registered Manager and ensuring adherence to HIW standards and regulations.
- Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
- Ensure both financial and quality targets are met.
- Leading the senior management team on site, developing local strategy of the service, ensuring adherence to the service's objectives, quality improvement and business plans.
- Promote and enhance the hospitals reputation for high quality outcomes for service users.
- Participate in contract reviews and represent service delivery.
- On call duties.
