We have an opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to assist the Quality team with the administration of all data collation systems and implementation of IMS systems for our AmbulatoryNursing Services.
You will predominantly work in Cardiff based in one of our Dialysis Units. The role is a mixture of working on site and home working.
Main duties of the job
Your key responsibilities will be:
To keep Nursing Services data systems used, up to date and fit for purpose and act as a main point of contact for trouble shooting issues with these systems as reported by the wider team.
Continually look at systems in use and suggest alterations / new systems as appropriate to ensure all departments covered have tools available to effectively complete their functions to the best of their ability.
Responsible for the daily administration of BDoCs and iGrafx workflows as required to ensure all documentation in use is controlled (as necessary), available and up to date.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the Quality Manager(s) and in their absence for the role of collaboration and systems management.
- To keep Ambulatory data systems used up to date and fit for purpose and act as main point of contact for trouble shooting issues with these systems as reported by the wider team.
- Continually look at systems in use and suggest alterations / new systems as appropriate to ensure all departments covered have tools available to effectively complete their functions to the best of their ability.

- Work with the Quality Manager and Process Owners to convert Microsoft Word / PDF based procedures into iGrafx flow diagrams.
- To coordinate with the Clinical Quality, Operations and Unit Managers to update and process all UK SOP/OP documentation within the UK defined review schedule.
- To collate and prepare data at every month-end, to be sent to the Operations & Clinical Quality Manager.
- Assist Quality Manager with the preparation for all audits, with schedules, plans and reports for Internal UK & Global & external audits.
- To support the Ambulatory Quality Team with the administration of staff training study days, within the annual scheduled plan.
