We are seeking a registered pharmacy technician to work remotely for a General Practice, to deliver audits, medicines reconciliation and general medicines optimisation tasks with all training and support provided. You will work under the supervision of a
pharmacist within our team and we will fully support a transition into the role - perfect for a registered pharm tech with a community background and a passion to develop clinically.

The post holder will undertake medicines reconciliations of patient records/prescribing in line with the practice protocols and update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronisation for groups of patients i.e. care homes and help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching medications to agreed and approved protocols. You will carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts.

- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills or equivalent with underpinning knowledge

- - Evidence of commitment to continued professional development in line with regulatory requirements
