We are currently seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to work in General Practice within Banstead PCN - Surrey.

Main duties of the job

The Role

• Undertake medicine reconciliations of patient record/prescribing in line with the practice protocols.
• Update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronization for groups of patients i.e., care homes
• Help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching the medications to agreed and approved protocols.
• Carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts.
• Assisting with SMRs
