Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our wonderful team within the NEL Training Hub to support the promotion and delivery of training programmes and educational events in Primary Care. The post holder will also work with Place Clinical leads, through administrative support including the planning, advertising and gathering information for their evaluation of the programmes.

This is 12 month part time fixed term contract. The postholder will work 30 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Assist with general administrative duties including inbox management and document preparation and planning, coordination, and delivery of Education & training programmes including in person support at face-to-face Protected Learning.
  • Support with booking venues, catering and equipment for events, setting up rooms as necessary.
  • Proactively Act as the first point of contact for routine queries related to NEL training Hub enquiries at Place.
  • Support communication with stakeholders through email correspondence and meeting follow-ups.
  • Be part of the central administration team and provide occasional support as required outside of set areas of work.
