Job summary

The postholder will oversee the work of a small 0-19 Children Service administrative teams work and Support our Operations Manager and coordinate delivery of support to our different programmes and services within our 0-19 Childrens Service

Main duties of the job

We require an enthusiastic person who is able to work with a range of multi-disciplinary teams, partners and stakeholders to provide and coordinate administrative support to our 0-19 Childrens Services across Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

The postholder will manage a small admin team and support our Operations Manager through maintaining user-feedback, data inputting, data collation and reporting systems, coordinating meetings and cross- departmental working arrangements.

About us

The Administrator will support our Operations Manager and our 0-19 Childrens Service teams which manages Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership, Home visiting, School Health and Wellbeing and Child's Healthy Weight programmes and services across Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

Job responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the user-feedback portfolio and maintain systems for data inputting, data collation and reporting.

Manage digital & manual systems established for data inputting user-feedback.

Set up and operate remote office administrative and record keeping systems ensuring they are accessible remotely to others as well.

Attend appropriate IT/software systems training, and support front-line staff to engage and promote user-feedback methods (manual and digital) to users

Work alongside the SPA team and clinical support workers in promoting users to engage in feedback on the service.

Provide administrative support for the MESCH Programme and maintain Zoho system for data inputting, data collation and reporting.

Experience

Essential

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of administration/ business support functions for a large service and or medium organisation
  • Experience of coordinating and organising training and events

Knowledge

Essential

  • Excellent knowledge and working experience of MS Office 365, Share-point, databases and information systems.

Skills and Abilities

Essential

  • Ability to supervise and coordinate work of a small administrative staff team and operate to deadlines
  • Ability to use information technology databases and software to capture and report on data
