- Specialist Practitioner 0-19 Transformation 0.60 WTE 22.5hrs (Band7)
- Specialist Practitioner SEND 0-19 1WTE- 37.5hrs (Band7)
- Specialist Practitioner Practice Education Facilitation 1 WTE - 37.5hrs (Band7)
- Specialist Practitioner Perinatal Mental Health 1WTE 37.5hrs (Band7)
Our services are based in neighbourhoods offering accessibility and support to families living in the borough of Waltham Forest.
Main duties of the job
Provide robust clinical leadership to the team ensuring the implementation of evidence- based practice at local level and the full Healthy Child Programmes embedded into service delivery.
Review models of practice and support the Leadership team in the development and delivery of updated models with a Quality Improvement framework.
Working with the 0-19 Leadership team, under direction of Head of Service and Operational Leads/Clinical Leads in the development the clinical pathways involving partnership working.
Acting as a clinical champion in delivering digital transformation within the 0-19 service, inclusive of Clinical EMIS training across the service and organisation as required.
Supporting the Leadership Team to develop outcomes focused services, including developing services that have a focus on measuring outcomes for children and families through the use of outcome tools.
This Specialist position will have a 40% clinical and 60% leadership role
