Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our
team as a 0-19 Clinical Lead.
As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the effective
operational and clinical management of universal and early intervention
services, as well as targeted and specialist programs within the Tower Hamlets
0-19 services, initially with a focus on health visiting but we are looking at integrating
our 0-19 services in the near future.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
management and leadership to ensure the smooth running of clinical operations
within your portfolio.
- Ensure the
delivery of high-quality clinical services, meeting key performance indicators
and financial targets.
- Foster the
continuous professional development and performance of all staff within your
portfolio.
- Collaborate
with the senior management team to fulfill the Organisations vision of
delivering a superior service that enables services user to lead fulfilling
lives.
- Assume a
management role, including acting as a deputy for the Head of Service when
required.
- Additionally,
as the 0-19 Clinical Lead, you will take on a crucial cross-borough leadership
role within the defined service portfolio programme.

- To provide operational management functions for the integrated universal and early intervention 0-19 services.
- To deliver effective operational and clinical leadership and direction to the Team Leaders and integrated multi-skill, multi professional teams.
- To support and develop the strategic direction for the service in line with national policies and locally identified health needs.
- To support delivery of service transformation and development of integrated clinical care pathways in response to latest evidence-based practice, local strategic needs assessments and the requirements of commissioned contractual agreements.
- To manage a range of processes and systems, across the service to support the effective running of the service and clinical care pathways.
- To ensure harmonisation of quality care delivery across the service areas.
- To lead the learning and development plan for services and ensure that developmental requirements are in place for all staff in line with the knowledge and skills framework.
