Main duties of the job
We are excited to invite exceptional General Practitioners to join us as Clinical Leads GP at Brooklands Health Centre, one of our three GP Practices in Milton Keynes.
As our Clinical Lead GP, you will combine clinical practice (75%) with influential leadership (25%). The post holder will need to provide clinical cover on Mondays and Thursdays. We have flexibility to discuss how the remaining hours are arranged.

What Youll Lead
As a Clinical Lead GP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients, while also leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to shape clinical pathways, drive innovation, and contribute to service-wide improvements that enhance the quality of care. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the practice.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, including a maximum of 27 appointments per day with 15-minute slots.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.
- Drive service improvements by shaping clinical pathways, optimising processes, and contributing to innovative healthcare strategies.
