Main duties of the job

We are excited to invite exceptional General Practitioners to join us as Clinical Leads GP across our surgeries within OneMK PCN - two services at the forefront of transforming community healthcare in Milton Keynes.

What Youll Lead As a GP Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding clinical care while championing continuous improvement, staff wellbeing and high-performance behaviours across our services.You will help drive our strategic objectives, including:

  • Excellence in outcomes, safety and patient experience
  • Operational effectiveness and high-performing teams

Youll work within a connected, forward-thinking structure across the OneMK PCN and wider OneMedical Groupsupported by regional networks, a strong central team, and a culture that values your ideas and leadership.
