We're looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join OneMedical Group, producing accurate, timely monthly accounts and financial analysis to help shape strategic decisions across our multi-site healthcare organisation.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you'll:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Reconcile accounts and ledgers with precision
- Lead on cashflow forecasts and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Support site managers with financial performance reviews
- Contribute to strategic and leadership initiatives that improve services and ensure robust Board assurance

- Experience in preparing monthly accounts within reporting deadlines 9essential)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Sage 200 (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Location
This role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Please note that there is no public transport to or near our head office, so own transport is required. Our offices are surrounded by fields and pathways and are just minutes away from the beautiful Golden Acre Park.
If youre a dog lover, this is the perfect place for you! Our office is dog-friendly, so we regularly have at least one dog around to bring smiles to our faces and "kindly ask" if we have any treats.
