Main duties of the job
As an Insight and Reporting Officer, you will analyse data, identify trends, and present findings in clear, actionable reports. Your insights will directly inform our strategy, helping to improve operational performance and decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, commission research to support strategic goals, and guide others in developing their own analysis skills.

Location
The primary location for this role is Leeds, with our office base in Otley (LS21 1PY). While we prefer candidates based in the Yorkshire area, we are open to candidates from other locations, provided they can commute to one of our sites and occasionally to our Leeds office for team meetings.
