Main duties of the job

As HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR Director to oversee the HR function, ensuring the team provides a high-quality service to the Group. This generalist role offers variety and challenges, with the opportunity to support in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and more.

This is an on-site role with the base office at our Central Support Centre in LS21 1PY.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Lead two HR Advisors, supporting their professional development and overseeing complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and change management.

TUPE & Change Management:Lead on TUPE transfers and manage change processes within the organization.

Employee Relations:Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, terms and conditions, and best practice.

Wellbeing & Engagement: Collaborate on the Wellbeing strategy, creating initiatives to support employee physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, and plan engagement activities that align with OneMedical Groups values.

Training & Development: Ensure the L&D policy is embedded and identify opportunities for employee development. Deliver training on key HR topics such as disciplinaries, grievances, and more.

Reporting & Compliance: Provide insightful HR reports to the Executive team, support compliance activities, and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

LocationThis role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Please note that there is no public transport to or near our head office, so own transport is required. Our offices are surrounded by fields and pathways and are just minutes away from the beautiful Golden Acre Park.If youre a dog lover, this is the perfect place for you! Our office is dog-friendly, so we regularly have at least one dog around to bring smiles to our faces and "kindly ask" if we have any treats.
