You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Alongside your clinical work, you'll have opportunities to contribute to training, service development, and research, while playing your part in providing 24/7 care through our on-call rota. If you're looking for a role where your skills directly shape patient outcomes and no two days are alike, we'd love to hear from you.

Our N+1 24/7 model underpins the way we work, ensuring safe staffing and strong team support across all shifts. We also know that looking after our people is just as important as looking after our patients, which is why we offer a competitive benefits package including:

  • Private medical insurance

  • A range of wellbeing resources through Aviva DigiCare and Toothfairy

We value hard work, but we also know the importance of balance, wellbeing, and enjoying the work you do. Joining Cambridge Perfusion means being part of a team that takes pride in its role, supports each other, and makes a real difference every single day.
