If you’re an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) or Administrator who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will make good use of your interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, then come joinSt Neots Neurological centre as Personal Assistant and Lead Administrator to the Care Centre Director.
You will manage the commitments of the Care Centre Director, ensuring key tasks and priorities are effectively managed and completed such as managing their dairy, prepare presentations, organising meetings, visits and venues, and minute taking.
You will organise, allocate and supervise a team of administrators to provide optimum support for the effective and smooth running of the service. This doesn’t mean you will have the workload of two people, but rather that you’ll put on different hats as you support the wider service.

Occasional travel may be required.
As a Personal Assistant/Lead Administrator you will be:

- Effective in co-ordinating diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings including notetaking and action trackers
- Ensuring effective administration of all complaints, compliments and feedback within the service.
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Producing presentations
- Processing expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliation
- General administrative tasks – post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries
- Providing holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs as and when required
- Undertaking any other tasks that are reasonable and align to your level of responsibility.
- Acting as IT lead for the site, liaising with the central IT team.
- Overseeing the recruitment of administrative staff, ensure appropriate deployment for the effective running of the Home, including oversight of various departments including training and development, HR, nursing rota administration, recruitment, and reception.

St Neots Neurological Service is located in the centre of town and provides assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both males and females suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions, which is provided by a highly experienced team based on site.
