Job summary
This role involves leading on quality, compliance, and improvement across Elysium Healthcare's Midlands & Yorkshire hospital and care home services. The Quality Lead will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet and exceed contract and compliance standards, oversee governance processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Main duties of the job
As the Quality Lead, you will provide clear communication, direction and support to drive service excellence across sites, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet and exceed contract and compliance standards, oversee governance processes, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and share learning across services. You will lead on external regulatory compliance, guide services through inspections, and embed sustainable quality improvements. Additionally, you will produce and interpret performance reports, thematic reviews and action plans to inform change and demonstrate impact, while supporting and inspiring colleagues to foster engagement and a shared commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
