We are hosting an inviteonly Recruitment Event at Thornford Park on Tuesday 31st March, for Healthcare Assistants, Mental Health Nurse and Learning Disability Nurse, who are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to join the team and are ready to take the next step in their healthcare career. There is currently no sponsorship being offered for these roles at Thornford Park.
This dedicated event will give shortlisted candidates a chance to learn more about our service, meet members of the team, and take part in prebooked interviews — offering a unique opportunity to secure a role within our supportive and compassionate environment.
Roles we're recruiting for on the day:
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for:
- Healthcare Assistant (Permanent) £ 25,058
- Part-time Healthcare Assistant £25,058 (pro-rata)
- Bank Healthcare Assistant £14.40 (Inclusive of 12.07% Holiday Allowance Uplift)
- Mental Health Nurse £35,269 - £37,621
- Learning Disability Nurse £35,269 - £37,621
These roles are ideal for people who are naturally caring, hardworking, and motivated to make a difference in a service supporting young people within a general adolescent inpatient setting.
Important Information:
- This is an inviteonly event on Tuesday 31st March — there will be no walkins on the day.

Interviews take place on the day, so bring your up-to-date CV (Only for people who live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK fulltime). Please note if you are applying, you must be able to complete a 3 week full-time in person induction. If you are unable to commit to the induction, we will not be able to take your application further.
