Main duties of the job
The HR & Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and supporting the HRIS Manager & Head of HR in delivering a high-quality service to the support centre. The role requires experience in an HR administrative role, strong organizational skills, proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
