Main duties of the job

As the Revenue Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for regularly reviewing financial transactions and data to ensure accuracy and integrity, working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance, resolving and escalating queries sent to a central mailbox, and supporting our services with observation submissions, including advising on chargeability.

Job responsibilities

Are you a dedicated and detailed oriented administrator with experience in a mental health setting? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as a Revenue Assurance Administrator.

As the Revenue Assurance Administrator, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's revenue streams. This involves monitoring and analysing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to prevent revenue leakage. The role also includes collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.

As a Revenue Assurance Administrator, you will be:

  • Regularly reviewing financial transactions and data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
  • Resolving and escalating queries sent to a central mailbox
  • Supporting our services with observation submissions- Including advising of chargeability

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in similar roles (D)
  • Previous experience working within Finance (D)
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and accuracy
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
