Main duties of the job

* Provide high quality care * Support your colleagues by promoting teamwork * Provide treatment to patients and ensure medications are correctly administered * Assess patients * Work to understand the source of patients' disorders * Prepare patients' records and maintain them effectively * Conduct risk assessments on patients * Monitor patients progress * Ensure all legal requirements are complied with.

What you will be doing As an experienced UK nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse to help improve the lives of local adult women within a specialist eating disorders setting. You'll be working with a range of complex conditions including depression, self-harm, physical health problems and psychological distress such as trauma. Progresses people through the rehabilitation care pathway to live more independent lives in the community and provide a stabilising environment to prevent further escalation of behaviours which will lead to improved quality of life and independence. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. The Rota includes days, nights and weekend working. There are also career development opportunities, with a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed.
