Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge? Is so, this might be for you. Join the multidisciplinary team at Bromley Road in Catford and lead the Occupational Therapy team to do what they do best. Changing lives for the better. As a Occupational Therapist, you will work 37.5 hours a week at Bromley Road, a rehabilitation service for men and women with enduring mental health issues, complex needs and complicated addiction problems. People in your care may include those who have a forensic history and those who are detained under the Mental Health Act. With prior experience within a similar role and/or setting, you will manage a designated caseload which will see you complete assessments, planning and facilitating group sessions, implement 1-1 interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to service users care plans. You will, support and supervise the occupational health team and will be responsible for monitoring budgets, resource purchases, overseeing the recruitment and induction process, and will be requested to design and deliver training. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll enjoy support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.
