Main duties of the job
This role involves:
Implementing and developing evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid Elysium Healthcare brings together a unique approach to the delivery of care where the service user is embedded in the heart of all aspects of hospital life.
The post-holder will be an effective team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Weekend and evening work as and when required.
As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) you will contribute to team meetings, attend ward rounds and professionals meetings where you will feedback on the service users' progress to their community teams.
