JOB TITLE: HR Administrator
RESPONSIBLE TO: HR Advisor
LOCATION: Peterborough, Bretton
TERMS Part time Monday to Friday, 20 Hours per Week Days of the week flexible, to be worked on site
RATE: £11.55 per hour/ £12,012 per annum
Main duties of the job
Our small HR team are looking for a HR Administrator to join them at our Peterborough site in Bretton. This is a generalist role, with an opportunity to get more involved over time to increase your skills in HR. This role is an ideal commute from Peterborough/Stamford/Bourne/The Deepings/surrounding areas etc.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Assisting the HR Advisor with the day to day running of the HR Department at our Peterborough site.
- Answering face to face, email and telephone HR related queries.
- HR file compliance including filing and archiving.
- Appraisal and probation tracking.
- Inputting and keeping HR information up to date on the HR system.
- To issue contract updates and variations to contract as required and directed by the HR Advisor.
- To process resignations and chair exit interviews with staff.
- To proactively contribute and support the team to continuously improve the service provided by the HR Department.
- Booking meetings and note taking at meetings.
- To undertake any other duties as reasonably required by management.
