Main duties of the job

The Head of Marketing will lead on the development, creation and execution of a highly effective, creative, and high impact marketing, communications and engagement strategy that builds CHECs brand and reputation within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate focus on leading a digitally-driven marketing strategy, leveraging AI for predictive analytics, personalised content delivery, and campaign automation. It will also implement a robust ROI framework supported by real-time performance dashboards and omnichannel engagement.

Job responsibilities

Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies across web, email, mobile, social media, and video platforms. Implement marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing. Drive SEO and SEM initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to boost visibility and engagement. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI against plan. Develop engaging content that resonates with service users and reinforces the organisation's brand, emphasising the use of technology to track marketing effectiveness and position the organisation proactively in all marketed streams. Proactively horizon scan and respond to competitor activity and generate leads to enhance organisational growth. Ensure robust consistency in all promotional materials both internally and externally. Development of a clear and compelling brand narrative showcasing CHEC / Claritys services and achievements to existing and future partners, patients, and stakeholders. Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to oversee the production of high-quality content. Supporting the Engagement Department in the planning, design, and effective delivery of corporate and educational events including new CHEC hospital launches, virtual events, and external conferences. Oversee the creation of all marketing materials including on and offline campaigns, meaningful social media content and collateral. Monitor and influence improvements in Key Performance Indicators including engagement reach, SEO tracking, social media following and click through rate effectiveness to the Marketing team including Lead generations, conversion rates, brand awareness/recognition and ROI, identifying adjustment opportunities to strategically deliver tangible results on the strategy. Analyse and interpret streamlined data to interpret effectiveness of the strategy and plans.
