Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Endoscopy HCA to join the team. As an Endoscopy HCA, you will work alongside the Endoscopy team, to support in providing patient centric care, participating in admission assessments, recovery monitoring and care and endoscope decontamination during the entire pathways for all patients, depending upon training and competency As part of this role, we are looking for the successful candidate to take on additional Deputy Manager duties. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to step into the role of Deputy Manager, alongside the Endoscopy Healthcare Assistant responsibilities. This role will provide essential leadership support at site level, working closely with the Hospital Manager to maintain excellent standards of quality, safety, and service delivery.
