Main duties of the job
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Controller to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, they will be responsible for managing the payroll, management accounts and financial accounts functions, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and good financial controls throughout our processes.

Manage the audit and tax processes and overseeing tax compliance
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency
Ensure payroll is effectively controlled with compliance with legislation
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with the FP&A function and Finance Director to deliver and prepare the budget and financial forecast, analysing variances in a timely and effective manner to keep us on track.
