Main duties of the job

About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Preston. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating events, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Events Coordinator will be accountable for holding regular webinars, open evenings and anniversary celebrations for each of our hospitals.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment rental. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure their participation in events. Ensuring all CPD sessions are registered and that qualifying attendees are able to collect their CPD points Work with Marketing to promote events through social media, email marketing, and other channels. Attend events and manage on-site logistics, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting. Ensuring events plans are kept up to date, using a project management tool
