Job summary

Reporting to the Regional Lead Clinical Educator, you will identify training needs and plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for students, new starters, and existing members of staff across the company. You will be a critical player in assuring quality educational experiences preparing the clinical workforce for the diverse, ever-changing health care environment.

Main duties of the job

Contribute to the development, planning and organisation of the continuous professional development of colleagues. Act as a mentor to new and existing members of the clinical team overseeing induction, and training programmes. Deliver CHEC clinical induction process. Support and facilitates the development of clinical practice mentors; provides supervision and support structures. Design and support the delivery of clinical staff training programmes across the region. Maintain training records and update training matrices. Be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of mandatory and departmental education and training. Support new site openings of new hospitals for all clinical staff.
