Main duties of the job

The Hospital Manager will ensure safe delivery of services and smooth running of the hospital. Leading on both the clinical governance and CQC compliance within the Hospital. You will be an effective leader and manage the hospital team in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical care.
At CHEC we focus on providing the highest quality patient centric care, participating in the entire pathway for patients from pre-admission, surgery, and post-operative management.

Adhere to good record keeping, drug administration in line with guidelines, ensuring you have an audit processes and action plans in place to monitoring the effectiveness
Compliance with unit clinical audits and monitor effectively
