People & Resourcing Assistant
Cheadle Heath, Stockport
£26344.50 - £28294.50 FTE per annum, depending on experience, pro rata for part time hours. (£21075.60 - £22635.60)
30 hours per week
Blended Working: Head Office (Stockport) 2 days a week and Home Working 3 days a week (Initially 5 days per week from Head Office whilst inducting into role)

About you
Previous HR administrative and an understanding of recruitment processes
Knowledge and experience of HR and/or ATS software
Strong IT skills including the use of the Microsoft 365 for spreadsheets, email and word processing
Ability to utilise online design platforms such as Canva to create social media posts and documents
Confidence with communicating via phone/Teams to external and internal individuals.
Good numeracy & literacy skills
Ability to work confidently remotely and utilise platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle

You will support with the delivery of resourcing campaigns, liaising with managers and candidates to deliver effective engagement and onboarding. You will also support with HR processes and take the lead in the employee engagement administration. Being responsible for placing recruitment adverts, processing applications, and liaising with applicants and managers regarding interview dates.
Ensuring recruitment databases and the Applicant Tracking System are updated on a daily basis
Providing data analysis reports on Candidates and effectiveness of adverts alongside other data analysis projects.
Undertaking engagement calls and communication with candidates and staff
Liaising with Agencies and Resourcing suppliers to ensure terms of service are in place and adverts are placed in a timely manner.
Be responsible for processing new starter paperwork, liaising with managers to offer new posts, sending references, setting up new starters up on the HR system and producing offer/contractual paperwork.
Sending out contract variations, informing payroll of any changes and updating the relevant system.
Support the administration processes for employee relations cases providing minute taking and completion of invitation letters and meeting bookings
To take a lead role in coordinating the engagement of staff including updating monthly newsletters and the Employee Engage Platform and sending/interpreting surveys when required.
