As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental team to blend clinical expertise with leadership and governance.   • Practitioner Psychologist - Clinical Psychologist and HCPC registration
  • ADOS trained and extensive autism diagnostic experience
  • An ability to ensure high-quality client care and uphold clinical standards across the organisation. Your responsibilities include offering support and guidance to foster your colleagues' professional growth.
  • Capacity to drive clinical governance at a service-wide level. This will encompass conducting audits, supporting compliance, embedding our open learning culture, and continuous quality improvement approaches as well as developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • A commitment to adhering to local and national policies, including NICE guidelines, and cultivating a culture of ongoing enhancement in clinical practice, reducing unwarranted variation and elevating quality.
  • You will demonstrate skills in consultation and collaboration with others across functions to deliver company-wide goals by developing close relationships with colleagues, particularly in Client Operations, Governance and Learning and Development. This will include demonstrating skills in influencing strategic direction for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear timelines and accountability
  • Direct engagement with clinicians to ensure client-centric practices aligned with policies and guidelines.
  • You will oversee and/or be directly involved with complex cases, assess clinical outcomes, and continually improve service quality and client experience.
  • Experience of providing supervision and support to assistant psychologists.
  • A capacity to contribute to educating the external market about Healios services.
  • An ability to support other people managers to coach their team members to drive performance.
