Job summary

Are you a passionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career within a highly specialised area? We are seeking a dynamic and committed Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Hepatobiliary (HPB) and Transplant team at London Bridge Hospital rated outstanding by the CQC.

In this vital role, you will provide expert support and specialist advice to patients and their families throughout their care journey. You will work closely with a team of leading consultants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your contribution will be central to the coordination and participation in multidisciplinary meetings, and you will play a key part in educating patients helping them make informed decisions about their treatment options with confidence and clarity.
