Main duties of the job

Were looking for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at HCA UK at The Wilmslow Hospital currently rated Outstanding by the CQC. Dedicated to delivering world-class healthcare, the hospital is equipped with the latest, cutting edge technology and packed with a team of experienced nurses and consultants all working in a vibrant, modern setting that puts patients and colleagues at ease.

  • The post holder will support the delivery and evaluation of clinical pharmacy
  • They will provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service which meets the needs of patients and healthcare professionals within The Wilmslow
  • They will act as a role model in the pharmacy field and undertake clinical supervision of pharmacy staff and teaching of nursing and medical staff.
  • The post holder is professionally accountable for any pharmacy function for which they assume responsibility.
