Sister / Charge Nurse - Paediatric Urgent Care

Job summary

We're looking for an Urgent Care Sister to join our Paediatric team at The Portland Hospital, currently rated Good by the CQC and the only independent hospital in the UK entirely dedicated to women and children. The high level of specialist knowledge at The Portland is reflected in the services we provide, offering clinical expertise across Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Women`s Health

Main duties of the job

As a Paediatric Urgent Care Sister, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to children and families. You will be undertaking responsibility for the department and working to promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice.

Our Paediatric Urgent Care Centre oversees patients that attend the clinic for emergency consultations, diagnostic tests and minor procedures if necessary.
