Location: The Princess Grace Hospital

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Shifts: Monday to Saturday, early, late and long days

We are looking for a Surgical Care Practitioner with strong Urology Robotics or Gynaecology experience to join our Theatres at The Princess Grace Hospital currently rated Good by the CQC.

The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none. We work with World Class Surgeons and the latest innovate technology and equipment including Da Vinci Surgical system and have performed over 500 robotic procedure with 2 Davinci robots currently.

Main duties of the job

Step into a dynamic, theatre-based role at the forefront of robotic surgery. As a Robotics Surgical Care Practitioner, youll deliver hands-on bedside support during robotic procedures, prepare patients for surgery, and help drive smooth, safe surgical pathways. With no outpatient clinics involved, this role keeps you firmly in the clinical settingworking closely with leading surgeons and multidisciplinary teams who rely on your expertise in a high-precision, technology-led environment.

There are many complex Surgeries carried out by world class surgeons and a team of dynamic and experienced Theatre Practitioners. The cases you will be involved include Ortho, Robotics and Urology, General, Gynae, Breast and Spinal.
