Main Duties and
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain
competitive self-pay pricing models based on cost of delivery, market
benchmarking, and value-based pricing principles.
- Conduct regular market
analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive and aligned with strategic
goals.
- Collaborate with
clinical and operational teams to assess cost structures and profitability.
- Lead negotiations with
private medical insurers and third-party payers.
- Draft and manage
commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial
standards.
- Support the CFO in
structuring and evaluating new commercial partnerships, including with sports
organisations and specialist providers.
- Provide commercial
insights and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor performance of
pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to optimise revenue and margin.
- Maintain accurate
records of pricing agreements and ensure billing systems reflect current rates.
- Work cross-functionally
with finance, business development, operations, clinical teams, and external
partners.
- Represent LivingCare in
commercial discussions with insurers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Required skills and
experience:
- Proven experience in
pricing, commercial management, or healthcare finance (ideally 5+ years).
- Strong influencing,
negotiation and contract management skills.

- Advanced analytical
skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of UK private
healthcare market and insurer dynamics.
