In addition, we provide in-hours telephone support for our member practices Monday to Friday, 08:0018:30.

We welcome applications from experienced GPs who are considering a career move or are seeking additional hours alongside another role.

The overnight GP will cover the period from midnight to 08:00 alongside another GP. The two clinicians will be based in different parts of the county at Wycombe Hospital and Stoke Mandeville Hospital and will work jointly within the central advice pool to triage patients. Any base appointments or home visits required will be undertaken by the clinician located at the Primary Care Centre (PCC) closest to the patients address. Overnight GPs will be working alone; however, they will have a driver with them.
