We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for newly qualified ODPs to join our growing team of theatre professionals at KIMS Hospital—the only private AfPP-accredited Theatres team in Kent.
As a new starter, you’ll be supported through a comprehensive and structured preceptorship programme, designed to guide you through your first few months in post with dedicated mentorship, clinical skills development, and professional support.

Main duties of the job
- Work across all areas of theatres: anaesthetics, scrub and recovery
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate safe patient care.
- Communicate effectively across departments including Sterile Services, Imaging, and the Wards.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Practice within ethical, legal, and professional frameworks
