We’re offering a fully supported training pathway to become a key member of our Perioperative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience and expert knowledge in all areas of the patient journey: anaesthetics, scrub, and recovery—delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced, highly specialised setting.
This exciting role is ideal for a registered Nurse with at least 1 years post-registration experience who’s eager to develop advanced skills, work with cutting-edge technology, and become part of a close-knit, forward-thinking team.

Main duties of the job
As Theatre Practitioner you will:
- Work with a variety of orthopaedic surgeons as a scrub practitioner.
- Assess, plan implement patient care and evaluate outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with other departments e.g. Sterile Services, Wards, Imaging Department to ensure effective and smooth-running patient care.
- Ensure that patients’ comfort, dignity, and privacy are always maintained.
- Ensure that your own practice and the practice of others is within an ethical and legal framework.
