As an Administrator, you will act as first point of contact to guests and patients to ensure an excellent experience in a warm, friendly and efficient environment. Your role is to provide guests and patients with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering, and a lasting first and last impression of the hospital. Main duties of the job

  • Welcome all patients, visitors, consultants and staff to the reception area and provide direction to the hospital departments when required.
  • Provide a reception service in a warm and friendly manner, responding appropriately to telephone and personal enquiries from staff, patients, consultants and visitors.
  • Ensure that all enquiries are promptly passed to a relevant member of staff who is able to deal with the request.
  • Complete administration duties as required by your department in a timely manner.
  • Check and respond to all emails as appropriate.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when dealing with patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
  • Answer high volume telephone enquiries with confidentiality and courtesy, directing calls efficiently when needed.
  • Ensure that the Reception access and waiting areas are kept tidy and free from trip hazards.

Physical Therapy Administrator

Salary: £13,500, full time equivalent £22,500 per annum

Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week, flexible shifts can be anything between 07.45 hours - 20.00 hours, Monday-Friday and 08.00 hours - 13.00 hours on Saturday.
