Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, systems, and processes.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital effectively to meet organisational needs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Supervise and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
