Our Patient Liaison Administrators are the heart of our organisation, connecting our patients with the service they need and looking after their journey from referral to discharge. They are friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic, with great attention to detail plus their work makes a difference every day.

Whether you are looking for full time or part time, we have a role for you. You'll be based at our headquarters in Aztec West, alongside the other Patient Liaison Administrators, and will be working on a flexible rota between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
What will you be doing?
As a Patient Liaison
Administrator, you will work as part of a team and be the first point of
contact for patients who are accessing GP Care services.
You will receive
enquires, make bookings, send information out to patients, and liaise with
other care providers.
In addition, you will use
the patient information systems to documents and record calls and undertake
tasks such as downloading e referrals. Following the clinics, you will make
onward referrals and ensure reports are sent back to the patients GP in a
timely way.
The team is supported by
two senior administrators and works alongside the service leads to ensure high
quality patient care is delivered.
What skills and
experience are required?
You will have basic
qualifications in English and Maths as would be expected for any administration
role. IT skills and the ability to learn
new systems is essential.
You will have excellent
communication skills, telephone manner and the ability to convey sensitive and
complex information effectively. You will need to feel comfortable engaging
with everyone from those who use our services right through to the management
team.
We want you to bring
fresh ideas and to tell us when you think we haven't quite got it right and
what we can do better.
You will demonstrate our
