Main duties of the job

As a Healthcare Assistant in Pre-Assessment, you'll play a key role in supporting the clinical team to ensure patients are fully prepared for their procedures. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care * Carrying out routine clinical and non-clinical duties to support patient wellbeing * Assisting in the delivery of personalised care plans * Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues to support a smooth patient journey * Maintaining a safe, clean and secure clinical environment * Supporting infection prevention and control measures (HCAI) * Contributing to continuous improvement and service development * Taking responsibility for your own learning and development
