  • Managing resources, including stock control and budget oversight
  • Supporting and developing colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Using data and insight to improve services and patient outcomes
  • Who We're Looking For: You'll be a confident, credible pharmacist with strong clinical and leadership capability:
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in clinical pharmacy, ideally with an oncology focus
  • Proven experience delivering oncology pharmacy services
  • Strong understanding of chemotherapy and cancer treatment pathways
  • Experience working collaboratively with consultants and MDTs
  • Ability to challenge and influence clinical practice using evidence-based approaches
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Commercial awareness, with an interest in service development
