We are looking for an experienced and motivated Radiology Manager to lead our radiology service and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services for patients and consultants. Main duties of the job

  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent)
  • Significant postqualification experience as a Senior Radiographer, Team Leader or Manager
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver operational and clinical success
  • Analytical thinking and confident decisionmaking
  • Experience with RIS/PACS and IEP systems
  • Strong understanding of IRMER legislation
  • Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • A genuine passion for delivering highquality diagnostic care
  • MRI experience (highly desirable)
