ITU Nurse/Nottingham/Tollerton/Bank/Ad-Hoc Shift
Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an ITU Nurse to join the bank team.

Duties and responsibilities:
To work as part of a team to deliver high quality and holistic patient care to elective surgical patients within a critical care environment.
To assess and plan patient care for a complex and changing caseload. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information. Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others. Continually promote best practice in health, safety and security.Contribute to quality improvement.Promote people's equality, diversity and rights Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
Who we're looking for:
Registered NurseCritical care competenciesPossession of a post registration qualification in critical careALS/PILS/ILSTeaching/mentorship course/skillsRecent Critical Care ExperienceAbility to work well within a teamWork with minimum supervisionCompetence across a range of critical care skills supported by professional and clinical knowledgeCritical care competenciesDemonstrate principles of accountable practiceEnglish language to IELTS 7.0Confident with MS Office and other relevant packagesAbility to demonstrate continuing professional developmentPossess Equipment and Medical Devices CompetencesPossess the mandatory training requirements for role including infection control and health and safety competencies.
